"So," Cleopatra McCaine asked as the docking doors slid open and revealed the short umblical to the main docking ring at Deep Space Five. "Where are we thinking? Spa like pampering? Materialistic rampage through the shopping area? Or shots of flaming sambuca and stuffing casino chips into the very tight trousers of a dabo boy? Any preferences?"

Ayana shrugged. "Spa or shopping suits me. Or both."

Cleo nodded, striking a number of places of her mental checklist. "Heather?

Grinning Heather liked the idea a little pampering and she never tired of shopping. "Definitely both."

Ayana grinned. "Shopping first. By the time we're done, we'll be in need of some pampering."

"Sound perfect...but don't let the folks at Lasuma's offer to make you a dress. I think that's what caused this." She smiled rubbing her tummy. "It is a killer dress..."

"If its not a killer dress, you shouldn't wear it. Thats what uniforms are for," Cleo purred. "And I know where to start." She turned them into a small shop front proclaiming Azuma's Apparel Atelier

Madame Azuma was the classic Betazoid matriarch, large of personality and buxom of body. "Welcome! Welcome my dears" The greeting arrived in their heads with a buzz of welcome. "Would you like drinks whilst we discuss your desires?"

Heather frowned, here she was in this clothing shop and she was going to be getting fat.

Ayana whispered, "You won't be pregnant forever. Get something that fits now, but can be altered later if necessary. It'll be incentive to lose the baby fat after."

"True." She said with a little head bob. Stepping into further into the shop he looke to the proprietor. "I'm expecting so I'm going to need some maternity clothes..." glancing to her boss with a smile, "...and a lose the baby fat goal outfit."

"There's a lot we can do to minimise the bump." Madame Azuma switched to normal speaking, "Folds and tucks and pleats create illusions and miracles." she turned to Ayana and Cleopatra, "And for yourselves?"

Cleo gave a knowing little smile. "Something that looks good in a little heap. And preferably after to boot."

Ayana laughed. She just wanted something pretty. She didn't have anything in her wardrobe to dress up in, and rarely had a chance to dress up at all, but it would be nice, for one, to know there was something in the back of her closet what wasn't replicated.

"Simplicity itself," Madame Azuma assured her, "You have excellent proportions, all that needs doing is accentuating the things you want to highlight...?"

~ Greaaat...~ Heather thought to herself, ~...that's all I need. Me getting fat and the rest of the woman walking around all accentuated.~

Ayana decided to take a risk. "What do you recommend?"

The lights in the little lounge area dimmed, and a a blue nude silhouette appeared over a holographic projector, it was featureless, but female, a mannequin to be dressed. A moment later it was draped in another silhouette, in gray. The dress was knee length, the bodice was formed by the two sides crossing in a wrap over style that emphasised the waist and gave a neckline that was deep enough to be interesting but not so immodest to be inappropriate on any occasion. the skirt flared out a little giving it an hour glass look coming to rest just at the knee, to flaunt shapely calves and hint at shapely other things. "Does that suit, as a start? The right colour and fabric and it an be everything from a cocktail dress to a picnic sun dress.

"Very nice," Ayana replied. "That could work for any of us."

"I was hoping for something with a little more...slink," Cleo said.

"That can be arranged. Though for our mother to be,something that moves can hide a multitude of blessings."

Smiling, Heather nodded. "That would be greatly appreciated. What else do you have in the way of maternity outfits? Perhaps one or two things for an evening out and of course lounge comfy type...comfy yet flattering."

"For me, I don't slink," Ayana admitted. "But I would like to look nice."

Madame Azuma beamed, "Luckily, that require very little effort." After a pause, the silhouette adjusted itself, so the dress became a silver silk, the weight of the fabric giving it a little more cling than the original.

"That's beautiful," Ayana said.

Azuma smirked, "Of course it is darling, all my creations are beautiful, but they only help emphasise whats already there."

Ayana smiled, but she didn't think she was all that beautiful. Not compared to the women around her.

"Can you add some black into the mix...silver alone doesn't really go with my complexion. That would make a great little evening party dress or after the baby comes."

A second mannequin shimmered into view, this one displaying the dress in silver, wide bands of intricate black stitching along the neckline and hem, it also stiffed the waist line just a touch to put some flare in it, enough to hide any immediate expansion.

Heather tilted her head a bit as she looked it over. "Hmmm...I was thinking more of an angled or intermixed black pattern." A devilish thought occurred and she finish with a grin. "Perhaps with the black being a little shearer than the rest?"

Madame Azuma looked at her, but her gaze was slightly out of focus, as if she was looking at something else. Then the mannequin reworked itself to produce exactly what Heather saw in her own minds eye. "Like this?"

"That's beautiful," Ayana said. "It suits you perfectly."

Heather was ecstatic, "You must have read my mind...that is exactly what I was thinking of. I'll take it!"

It took time, but finally, all three women had the perfect dress, and everything to go with it. "I'm exhausted. Should we get something to eat now?"

Cleo agreed. "Its definitely time for mimosas."

"And canela tea," Ayana added.

Heather grinned, "They both sound perfect, though only synthahol for me."

"Great. Let's celebrate our victory," Ayana said, grinning at the other two.
