Hey babe,

Your man is coming home soon! Thought I'd give you the good news first instead of the bad. The bad news is that I've been reassigned to the U.S.S. Delis, a long range exploratory vessel. I'll explain why when I get home, but you may see it on the news feeds. If any reporters show up, don't talk to them, tell them to speak with the Starfleet people planetside or on the Roanoke.
