Timeline: While waiting for first attack from romulans

Silonez ran over the numbers, the studies, and the reports upon reports. everything he had in front of him indicated they had the advantage in a few areas, it looked scary though. He needed more time but that wasn't in his favor, he needed help figuring out tactics, and he needed someone who knew tactics. The tactical officer T'Pal had some experiance, her file read like his so he knew she could be trusted.

He loaded the information he needed into a PADD, and walked over to the tactical station.
