| Personal History | Jason Johan Rhineholt was born in 2359 to Henrik and Rebecca Rhineholt just outside of Munich, Germany, Earth. Henrik was a Doctor, like his Father before him, owning his own practice after becoming disgusted with big city medicine. Rebecca had been a Nurse but likewise had the same opinion concerning big time medicine and decided to leave that environment to go work with her Husband near their home. In 2361 the family welcomed a new addition; a girl named Sarah, after Rebecca’s Mother. Both children would know what it was like having their Parents working in the medical field. Sarah in later years would follow in her Family’s footsteps. At the tender age of eight Jason would accompany his Father on house calls occasionally taking a keen interest in how his Father was helping people. Henrik noticed his Son’s interest and would continue taking him along whenever possible. By the time Jason reached thirteen years of age he had a rudimentary understanding of medicine and the human body’s functions. He had gone from watching his Father to helping when it was practical for him to do so. Even though Jason enjoyed helping Henrick with patients, he knew he wanted to learn and do so much more. At the age of eighteen years Jason decided to take the entrance exams to attend Starfleet Academy. After passing all the require exams, and with his Parent’s blessing, Jason enrolled at the Academy and started his six year journey, including his one year Residency at a nearby Hospital, in the Medical Discipline to become a Doctor like his Father and his Father before him; his life was about to change forever. |
