Personal History		Steven Hunter was born in 2364 in the southern part of the North American continent. His mother abandoned his older brother, and his father before he was even born. He only knows her name and presumes she is dead. His father dislikes starfleet and kept his two sons as rural as possible. They hunted together, fished together, and lived very simple, non sophisticated lifestyles. At the age of 17, Steven was offered an athletic scholarship to a small university and decided to take it in order to be able to one day take care of the land his father would undoubtedly pass on to whichever of his sons proved to be more responsible. His brother, was an uneducated lazy alcoholic with no drive but to live amongst the woodlands. While in college, Steven spend most of his time chasing women, and working out in his first year. Needless to say, early into his second year, he was released from school, but not before meeting a girl named Tristin. They spent 4 months together before tying the knot, against her families will. A week after leaving the college, he was back home when he learned that she had been confronted by her family and taken back home to California. On the way there, the shuttle hit an electric storm, and then crashed, killing everyone on board but her father, Ed. After this incident, Steven completely changed his ideals and philosophy on life. He went to his father in law, who had served in starfleet and taught astrometrics to young cadets, and asked for him to help him get in the academy. Ed hesitated at first, but eventually gave in and vouched for Steven so that he could join. Not being the brightest of his class, he found his nitch in working security and infantry training. Also, found that he had a natural gift with flying or driving any craft. He graduated starfleet in 2390 at the age of 26, and is applying around for his first assignment.
