On Saturday afternoon, our host began a routine, annual test of the fire systems at the data center. During the test, someone inadvertently tripped the fire suppression system inside the data center causing widespread hardware failures. Nearly everyone hosted by this company has been affected. Their estimates for being back online are constantly changing and there is nothing we can do until they repair the issue.
