A New Chapter Begins!!

As many of you may have heard, today is a glorious day for the USS Achilles and its crew. For some time now we have served as the flag ship of Task Group 21-A.

Today that service comes to an end.

A new chapter in our honored history has begun. Today we assume a role that few have had the honor to claim as we once again shoulder the honored duty as flag ship. However on this glorious occation it is not the banner of a group we carry, but that of an entire Task Force. Today as I take on the duties of TFCO, you all assume the role as the crew of the Flag ship for Task Force 47.

I know all of you are up to the task. QAPLA!
